It is every one of us. This name came from one of our very first customers, an industry executive who was so satisfied with what we accomplished that she said, "If I ever need help with this complex stuff again, I'll just call an eLogician". And there it was - it stuck for good.

​We use the term with pride and we preserve and protect the values wrapped around being an eLogician.

​It stems from an intense commitment to add value to every customer interaction, and to have fun being the best at what we do. We value brightness, diversity, talent, ethics, high-achievement, and hold ourselves to a "NO excuses" culture of accountability -- this is how we perform at our best.

Originally founded in Rochester, NY, we’ve grown to include offices in Dallas, TX and Chicoutimi, QC.

​

With the evolution of the workplace, approximately half of our workforce is fully remote across North America with company-supplied home office technology and monthly stipend for ancillary technology expenses including wifi, routers, cell phone or other work from home expenses. For those who work near our office locations, employees can choose between working in-person full-time or a hybrid of remote and office work. For those who work in the Rochester area, our headquarters combines a high-tech workspace in a scenic riverside campus with free gym access, and beautiful walking trails within steps of our office
